1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are applicable only in case of manufacturing defects or transit damage.
  • Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (clear images and unboxing video).
  • Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all accessories intact.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Products damaged due to improper handling, installation, or usage.
  • Physical damage, burn damage, water/fire damage, or electrical overload.
  • Change of mind after dispatch.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–15 working days.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If a prepaid order is refused or not accepted at delivery, both forward and reverse shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
