• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspicious transactions.
• If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled. Refund will be processed within 7–15 working days through the original payment method.
• Delivery time depends on the courier partner and delivery location. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
• If prepaid orders are refused or not accepted at the time of delivery, both forward and reverse shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Replacement is allowed only in case of manufacturing defects or transit damage. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (clear images and unboxing video). Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
• Warranty (if applicable) covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover physical damage, overload issues, water/fire damage, or improper installation. Valid invoice is mandatory.
• All logos, product designs, website content, and brand materials are the exclusive property of GP Power Control. Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
